Hydropower design and access and general planning docs

I get regular calls asking for information on the various forms that need to be filled in for hydropower - EA forms, design and access statements, planning docs etc. Whilst I would always recommend using a MCS transition list installer who will help with all this I thought I'd post some information on this as examples.

Although the EA don't publish all of the applications on their website, they do publish some - and also some information on how to fill in the forms:
